Tag Actions
Tags help to filter products and make them easier to locate when searching. Below we'll discuss how to add, remove and set tags.
Add Tags
Begin by clicking on "Products" in the left menu.
Tick off on all the products you'd like to add specific tags to.
Click on "Tag Actions" on the right, followed by "Add Tags".
On the popup, add the tag names you'd like to add and click "Add". You'll see your tag added below the Tags to Add subheadline. Repeat this for every tag you would like to add. When finished, click the "Add Tags" button. You'll notice your tags added next to each product you had ticked on.
Remove Tags
Begin by clicking on "Products" in the left menu.
Tick off on all the products you'd like to delete specific tags from.
Click on "Tag Actions" on the right, followed by "Remove Tags".
On the popup, click on each tag you'd like to remove. Once ready, click the "Remove Tags" button.
Set Tags
Setting tags is a combination of adding and deleting. It allows you to add new tags while simultaneously removing any existing tags on all products selected.
Begin by clicking on "Products" in the left menu.
Tick off on all the products you'd like to set tags for.
Click on "Tag Actions" on the right, followed by "Set Tags"
You'll see a popup called Manage Tags. Type in each tag you'd like to add followed by the "Add" button. Do this for each additional tag you'd like to add. When finished, click the "Set Tags" button. You'll notice the old tags have now been removed and the new tags have been added.
