Whitelist IPs
Pro Tip: During these instructions, we'll often link directly to the platform. The links will take you to the exact section we're working on. For this to work, please ensure you're logged into Bridge Cart.
Now that you have created a CRM Connector, it's time to Whitelist two IP addresses inside Konnektive. Go to your "CRM Connectors" menu and click on the three dots (...) below "Actions" next to your newly created connector. Inside this new submenu, click on "Whitelist IPs". You'll see a modal popup listing a Primary IP Address and a Fallback IP Address. Copy these two IP addresses down.
This step is very important.
Do not skip this. Failure to do this will break the link between Bridge Cart and Konnektive.


Next, login to your Konnektive CRM dashboard. Click on Admin -> Users and find the appropriate user that has API access for transactions on your checkouts. Click the blue edit button next to this user.

In the "IP Whitelist" textarea box, paste those two IPs you copied from the Bridge Cart popup and then click the "Update" button. When finished you can click the "I've Whitelisted These IPs" button in Bridge Cart to close the popup.
