Filtering

You have various options to filter through your orders.

You can use the included search field in the top left.

Or you can use one of the more targeted ways to filter results which we'll go over in detail below. To get to your orders, begin by clicking on the "Orders" menu option on the left menu.

Filter by Date

Once inside your Orders dashboard, click on the date in the top right. You'll be presented with two calendars (the prior month and the current month). You can select your beginning date and ending date for order filtering using these two calendars. You can also select pre-sets on the left side such as "Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days..."

Filter by Connectors

If you have multiple CRM Connectors setup in Bridge Cart, you can filter your orders exclusively by those individual connectors. To do so, once in the Orders dashboard, click on the first dropdown on the right that says "All Connectors" to select which connector you want to view orders for.

Filter by Checkouts

You can easily filter by specific checkouts by clicking on the right dropdown that shows "All Checkouts" and clicking on the checkout flow you wish to see orders for.

Filter by Status

If you'd rather filter by order status, you can do that by navigating to Orders in your left hand menu and then clicking on the "All Status" dropdown on the right - giving you options to filter by pending, processed, completed, cancelled, refunded, or failed.
