Add Downsell

To add a downsell, first make sure you had an upsell on the checkout flow you are working with. For information on how to set this up, visit Add Page.

Start by clicking the three dots (...) next to the upsell where you would like a downsell offer to appear if the upsell is declined. You'll see a submenu. Select "Add Downsell".

From here, name your downsell. Add its page slug. And select whether you wish to create a new look or use an existing upsell template.

If you select "Create from template", the orange button will display "Next: Choose Template". If you select "Duplicate existing upsell", you'll see a dropdown allowing you to select which upsell to duplicate from and the orange button will change to "Create Downsell".
